Collection of personal data

The personal data for the processing of which  PARKIA INICIATIVAS, S.L.U. and its subsidiaries are liable comes from different sources, as indicated below:

Registration data: When you register or fill in forms on our website and social networks, we may collect various types of personal information including, but not limited to, your first name, last name, date of birth, address, e-mail address, national identification number or similar, personal telephone numbers, and so on. This is always declarative information that you provide us with. Furthermore, simply browsing our website, without the need to register, is subject to our cookies policy.

Suggestions/Comments: We may collect information that identifies you personally when you submit questions or suggestions to our Customer Service Department.

Your personal data shall always be processed for specified, express and legitimate purposes. Depending on the case, the purposes of the processing of your personal data consist of:

• The contracting and management of the fulfilment of the contract for the product or service you have with us, whether you are a customer or supplier.
• Informational communications in addition to your contractual relationship with us.
• Managing season tickets and requests sent through our website, social networks or blog, as well as its publications.

General Information

Each time you visit us online, we collect general information about your use of our site. 

We may collect information, such as points of entry to our website, as well as points of exit (e.g. URLs or referring domains), statistics on site traffic, page views, prints and type of operating system and browser. The data provided by the user to make a reservation through the website shall be incorporated into the files of Parkia Iniciativas, S.L.U., owner of the website, as well as those of the Parkia Group entity that manages the car park where the reservation is requested.
